Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

If several goods are ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately, the cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or an email.

You can use the sample cancellation form provided below. However, using this form is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via your order confirmation, which was sent to you by email.

In the digital order confirmation, you will find the link "Open order". Clicking this link will take you to your order overview. There, in the upper right corner, you will find the "Cancel Order" button. 

If you use this online function, we will send you an email confirming receipt. This confirmation contains information about the content of your cancellation notice as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Additional delivery costs incurred because you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us are excluded from the refund.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract:

The return period is considered met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to test their nature, properties and functioning.
